Are you looking for the right talent but don't know how to access it?

Workforce Solutions East Texas offers multiple ways to connect with qualified candidates throughout our region. Contact our Business Services team about whether a hiring event would be right for you! These events are a great way to speak directly to job seekers and advertise the open positions you have and all the great attributes of your company. 

We regularly host job fairs, partnering with various agencies to put on those events. We host some in-person and some virtual on our Virtual Event Platform. In addition, we take part in many events throughout the year promoting the jobs we have on WorkInTexas.com. If your jobs are not on WorkInTexas.com you are missing out on that promotion!

We also have the ability to host an employer on-site at one of our 5 Workforce Centers, at one of our many access point locations, or at our mobile workforce centers. The Employer Services team will work with an interested employer to select a date, get their openings listed on WorkInTexas.com and promote their attendance to qualified job seekers.
