Thumper Fab takes its commitment one step further by assisting Texas State Technical College connect graduates to employment opportunities with the company. Kester further explains that the company is currently providing industry feedback to the CTE program at Marshall High School as the school begins implementing a new welding program. Kester advised the importance of educating students about occupation pathways. “We have a lot of need for welders and a lot of need for people that have grown up around iPhones and iPads,” Kester explains that the equipment used in today’s workforce is very technologically driven. “It’s really cool technology, but it’s also driven by a young workforce.”

Thumper Fab’s dedication to economic growth and development does not simply end with collaboration efforts. The company hugely supports the Workforce Solutions East Texas Work Experience Internship program and the On-The-Job Training program.
